Event | Boots No7

I recently went along to my local Boots store for a night filled with No7 make up, talk on their new product and of course, tea and cakes.

This is the first time I've been to a Beauty related event, and was also the first time for my local Boots to be holding one.
Pre event we were treated to some homemade cakes, tea and coffee, it was nice to meet some new local bloggers and the lovely ladies who were holding the event.
Once we brushed the crumbs off we headed down to the No7 counter, we got an overview of all the products they offer, plus got a chance to find our perfect foundation with their Match Made Service. If you haven't seen this yet (seriously how?) they have this clever little machine which takes a picture of your skin tone, therefore matching you perfectly to your colour. No7 have a wide range of foundation types and finishes meaning you not only get the perfect colour you're getting a perfect second skin product, tailored just for you.
On top of this, you can now find 'the one' in lipstick form, perfect for your skin tone.

Although we were all there as an introduction to No7 and what they offer, the main topic of the night was a new release, the Youthful Replenishing Facial Oil. A versatile oil made to be used just about however you like, before serums and moisturisers morning or night, mixed in with your moisturiser, or simply alone. Anyway you choose to use it this the end results will have you noticing more supple skin, with a reduction in all those fine lines and wrinkles. That said, this is perfect for all ages and all skin types.

At the end of the night we were all treated to a No7 goodie bag, including a full size Overnight Radiance Boost, again ideal for all skin types. Overnight treatments are the perfect lazy girl products, this one has a really light weight formula and skins into the skin as opposed to just sitting on the top leaving you scared to move in your sleep.
The biggest treat of all was given to us in the form of being let loose to choose one product we wanted to try for free! Obviously that left us all with swatches of pretty much every product on our hands, in the end I settled on another product from the Beautiful Skin range - Deep Pore Purifier. I've used this a few times now, it's love. The cleanser itself tackles a range of problems, with the added scrub tip it gets deep down into those pesky pores, giving your skin a good clean. Surprisingly it doesn't leave you skin feeling tight or overly scrubbed, instead smooth and very soft!

I really enjoyed my first beauty event and look forward to any more I get invited along to!
